Multiplication Tables Check
From June 2020, children in Y4 will take part in the ‘Multiplication Tables Check’. This is a statutory test which is implemented online, in school.
The purpose of the MTC is to determine whether pupils can recall their times tables fluently, which is essential for future success in mathematics.
